FOUNDER'S BACKGROUND

X-Pro Projects was founded by Dawie Spangenberg, a seasoned construction professional with over a decade of experienc in project management.

Prior to establishing the company, Dawie played a pivotal role in the Cape Estates Group, where he spent seven years overseeing and managing various large scale projects, incluing residential developments, retirement housing, industrial storage facilities, and apartment buildings all to the value of over R175 million.

His extensive industry knowledge and honds-on approach ensure that every project undertaken by X-Pro Projects is executed with precision and excellence.
